Summer is winding down, vacation is over and school is starting back up. Although this may all be true, it doesn't mean the outdoor fun has to come to an end. Here in Southern California, we have some of the best weather around and can take advantage of it for most of the year. Why not keep the outdoor party going and host a "smore" gasbord. Invite the neighbors or friends that you didn't see all summer and enjoy an evening around your paver firepit. Explain to your neighbor or friend that you will provide the marshmallows, pavestone firepit, and skewers/sticks. Ask them to bring an item to help make smores. It could be the traditional items, such as: graham crackers or hersheys. Or maybe a creative tasty treat like reeses peanut butter cups or thin mints. Hopefully, you will discover a tasty new version of the classic smore, but without a doubt, you will definitely have a memorable night of fun around your paving stone firepit.
